Data protection information clause

Pursuant to Article 13(1)-(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the "General Data Protection Regulation") ("RODO"), we inform you that:
I. The administrator of your personal data is:

II. Purposes and basis of processing.
We will process your data for the following purposes:
  1. To conclude and execute contracts (basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO).
  2. to carry out our legal obligations and rights (the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO) arising from generally applicable laws, in particular: Civil Code Act, Transportation Law Act, Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR), Road Transport Act, Road Traffic Law Act, Public Procurement Law Act, Tax Ordinance Act.
  3. service, understood as ongoing data processing activities that do not aim to conclude a contract, including for the purpose of presenting an offer or for marketing purposes, establishing cooperation or contact, as well as or executing a contract concluded with us, which is the realization of our legitimate interest in this regard (the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO).
  4. Archival (evidentiary) being the realization of our legitimate interest of securing information in case of a legal need to prove facts, in particular in the framework of administrative, judicial, tax, control proceedings (the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO).
  5. conducting the collection of claims due to us, which is the realization of our legitimate interest in doing so (the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA).
  6. possible establishment, investigation or defense against claims being the realization of our legitimate interest therein (the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO).
  7. analysis and statistics being the realization of our legitimate interest in doing so (basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO).
III. Right to object.
At any time you have the right to object to the processing of your data processed for the purposes and on the grounds indicated above. We will stop processing your data for these purposes unless we can demonstrate, there are compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or your data is necessary for us to possibly establish, assert or defend claims.
At any time you have the right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes. If you exercise this right - we will stop processing your data for this purpose.
IV. Data retention period.
Due to the statutory limitation period for tax liabilities and the period for keeping tax books, we will keep your personal data for 6 years and 6 months after obtaining the data.
V. Recipients of data.
Your personal data may be transferred to entities with whom we cooperate in the processes we carry out, with whom we have contracts of entrustment of personal data processing (accounting office, IT) or who are contractually obliged to comply with data protection regulations.
VI. Rights of data subjects:
Under the RODO, you have the right to:
  1. access to their data and receive a copy of it;
  2. rectify (correct) your data;
  3. delete, limit or object to their processing;
  4. data portability;
  5. lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
VII. Information about the voluntariness of providing data
Providing data is:
  1. necessary for the implementation of activities and contracts, statutory obligations referred to in points. II.1 - II.6;
  2. Voluntary for the purposes referred to in sec. II.7, as well as to provide data for marketing purposes or to establish cooperation/contacts.
VIII. Consent and information about the possibility of withdrawing consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. Such withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data performed on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal. In addition, withdrawal of consent does not apply to the situation of our performance of obligations required by law or may lead to a situation of our refusal to perform our contractual obligations.
